Midvale City's two-hour Driver Awareness class is taught by our Unified Police Departments (UPD) officers.

Each class begins promptly at 7:00 pm.  If you are late, you will not be allowed in.  A valid form of state issued identification and this form (including proof of payment) for the class must be presented to the officer at the time you sign the roll.  The UPD officers will provide certification of completion after the class.
