Q: Does it cost anything to sign up for online bill payment?
A: No. It's free to sign up for online bill payment and to use the Xpress Bill Pay service. However, some billing companies charge a transaction convenience fee.

Q: How do I create a new login account?
A: From the Xpress Bill Pay home page, just click on the "GO" button below "Start Paying Bills Now." This will take you to the Account Setup page, where you simply provide some contact information and choose a password. Once you've created your Xpress Bill Pay login account, you can log in to start managing your billing accounts.

Q: Do I need a separate Xpress Bill Pay login for each billing account?
A: No. You can manage all your merchant and service provider billing accounts from a single Xpress Bill Pay login.

Q: What payment choices do I have?
A: You can typically pay your bills with a credit card, debit card, or you can transfer funds directly from your banking account using electronic funds transfer (EFT). The types of payment accepted are determined by the billing company and not Xpress Bill Pay. If you have questions about payment methods, please contact the billing company directly.

Q: Do you offer automatic bill payment?
A: Yes. When you set up your account you can choose whether you want automatic bill payment, so you don't need to do anything to pay your bills. Payment is automatically deducted from the credit card or banking account you specify, on the day of the month you choose.

Q: What will my bill look like online?
A: We try to match the look of your paper statement as much as possible, so you'll find it easy to read your bill onscreen.

Q: What other information is available?
A: You can view up to a year's history of your account online, so you can print and compare your current bill to previous bills.

Q: How do I update my customer information, such as email address or phone number?
A: Log in to your account, then click on "Edit Contact Information". You can then change your customer information as well as your login information.

Q: Is my information safe?
A: Absolutely. All the transactions are handled on secure servers and all sensitive data encrypted. As long as you don't give out your password, only you will be able to access your account. Plus, your personal information or e-mail address will NOT be sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.

Q: Do I need to pay my bills from my computer?
A: You can pay your bill from any computer located in the US or Canada. All you need is Internet access using any web browser. You then log in to your account using your e-mail address and password. Q: How do I know the payment went through?
A: After you complete the transaction, you can receive an e-mail receipt to confirm your payment transaction.
