Every person who receives a Notice of Parking Violation must pay the civil fee for such violation in the amount established from time to time by Resolution of the City Council.  (KCO 6-2b-7)

PARKING VIOLATION FEE  $40.00   AS SPECIFIED BELOW:

a.  Any penalty paid within ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the Notice of Parking Violation shall be reduced by 50% of the civil fee;

b.  Any fee that is paid between ten (10) and thirty (30) days shall be reduced by 25% of the civil fee;

c.  If no payment is made within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of the Notice the owner shall be responsible for payment of the full amount of the civil fee.

d.  The City may use all lawful means to collect unpaid fees including costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
